Our Entebbe car hire services – Entebbe airport car hire services, car rental Terms and Conditions:

Rates are quoted in US Dollars, British Sterling Pounds or Uganda Shillings but rates and terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

Fuel excluded!

• Rental cars are chauffeur driven but self-drive hires are also available
• Our payment system is pre-paid before departure and payment can be made in either foreign currency or the  equivalent in Ugandan Shillings
• Extra hours and surcharge bills are done upon return of the vehicle
• Daily rental rates are applicable for a maximum of 10 hrs/per day. Extra hours attract a surcharge
• Overnight charges are applicable after 10:00 pm and extra driver allowance.  Msafiri Tours is not responsible for any damage caused directly or indirectly by using our rented cars
• When you rent a car, you must ensure that you have enough medical and liability insurance to cover your journey in Uganda
• Clients are responsible for the fuel refill of their rental cars.

Cancellation and No Show

• A cancellation fee of 10% will be levied for all reservations that are cancelled after the reservation is confirmed if Msafiri Tours is not notified of your cancellation prior to pickup.

Forms of Payment

• Cash and direct online transfers. Cash can be paid in either foreign currency or the equivalent in Ugandan Shillings
