How to Pay Online with Your Credit/Debit Card:

You’ll receive a Provisional Reservation Form with payment instructions.
Click on the secure payment link provided.
Enter your name and email address.
Enter your card details.
Your financial institution will authenticate the transaction.
Once verified, your payment is processed and you’ll receive a confirmation receipt.

2. International Bank Transfers (SWIFT)

Send your payment directly to our verified business account in Uganda.

Ideal for guests in the UK, USA, Europe, Australia, and Canada
Details will be provided upon booking confirmation
Please note any bank charges when initiating the transfer

3. Mobile Money Transfers (MTN & Airtel)

A fast and convenient option for travellers already in Uganda or East Africa.

Payments can be made in UGX or USD
Mobile money numbers will be shared upon request

4. Cash Payments (In Uganda)

You can pay in cash when you arrive in Uganda. We accept:

Ugandan Shillings (UGX)

💡 All cash payments are receipted, and must be made in clean, undamaged notes (especially for USD).

5. Cheques & Bank Drafts

Accepted on approval and must be cleared before your trip begins.

Foreign Bank Transfers – Pay in USD, EUR, or GBP

If you have received a quote in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) but would prefer to make your payment in a foreign currency such as USD, EUR, or GBP, please let us know. We will convert your invoice to reflect the correct foreign currency amount and provide the appropriate banking details for that currency.

Our multi-currency accounts allow you to pay in:

UGX – Ugandan Shillings
USD – United States Dollar
EUR – Euro
GBP – British Pound

Please request our banking details and SWIFT code to initiate your transfer.

Cash Payments (In-Person Only)

Cash payments are accepted either:

At our Reservations Office in Uganda, or
Directly at the bank using the account details provided

⚠️ Important: Do not send cash through the mail or with third parties. Always ensure you receive an official receipt for any cash payments made.

International Bank Transfers

For clients preferring traditional bank transfers:

Please request our full bank account information and SWIFT/BIC code
Ensure you cover all applicable bank charges so the correct amount is received
International transfers may take 3–5 working days to reflect

Wise offers an easy, affordable way to make international payments either via:

Local bank transfer (typically clears within 1–2 days), or
Global SWIFT transfer (clears in 4–5 days)

Choose your payment method
Follow the clear instructions
